I've been working out with Kelly for about 4 months now and I'm very happy with the transformation I see in my body and most importantly with the way I feel. First and foremost I have to say that I've never been a fan of working out, actually to be honest I hated it, but after trying some fad diets and yoyo dieting most of my life without success, I decided to try it again. Kelly and I clicked at the initial consultation where she made me comfortable and I could feel that she wouldn't judge me (I had a bad experience with another trainer). She has been able to motivate me in a way that I've never been motivated before. We work out together 2x a week and we kickbox every other Saturday (always thought about kickboxing but I never really believed I could do it). Kelly is encouraging, supportive, and I've even used her as my therapist during a couple of our exercise sessions. I call her perky because she's so full of energy and that energy rubs off on me during our workouts. When I leave her, I'm always sore and tired (signs of a good workout) but energized. Under her nice trainer demeanor, Kelly is tough and has pushed me to do exercises that I never thought I was capable of. When I look at where I am now, I know I couldn't have done it without her and I'm looking forward to seeing where she can take me.

Kelly is amazing. I am overweight and the thought of working with a trainer was pretty intimidating but Kelly is so encouraging and good at what she does. She pushes me harder than I would ever push myself, which is what I pay her for, right?! It's never boring with Kelly, she is knowledgeable and changes it up frequently. She has a passion for health and fitness and it shows in her work. I have learned if she is asking me to do something, I am capable of doing it even if I don't believe I can.

Kelly has helped me regain range of motion, my balance and fixed alignment issues that have plagued me for years. I am overweight and always feel her cheering me on and encouraging me, never judging. She knows what I can do and pushes me to reach the limits, but never too far that I hurt myself. So thankful to have found her.

The last thing I wanted to do was make myself vulnerable to a personal trainer. After years of being laid up from injuries and illnesses, my weight was up and I was in the worst shape of my life. The thought of being weighed, measured and evaluated was enough to make me sick to my stomach, but I needed help.

What I love about Kelly is that she isn’t focused on getting me to be the skinniest I can possibly be. Her focus is getting me to be strong, fit and healthy - to work out and eat real food in a way that promotes long term wellness.
